As a longstanding client of piper, eDEN Garden Rooms entrusted us with the responsibility of monitoring and optimising their sales funnel to achieve higher conversion rates. Our comprehensive analysis revealed conversion rates above industry benchmarks at the initial stages of the funnel, while highlighting comparatively weaker conversion rates at the final stages. Actions we undertook
Review existing sales & marketing materials. This review highlighted that the sales brochure played a critical role within the customer purchase journey, but did not contain the necessary information in a clear, easy to consume manner.
Re-designing the sales brochure with a particular focus on highlighting the relative value and quality of the mid- and high- specification model ranges. With a focus on upsell, piper also ensured that all options and upgrades were clearly displayed.
Results
Following the launch of the updated sales brochure, eDEN Garden Rooms saw a +48% improvement in site surveys, and a +10% increase in units sold.
