Piper Directors Josie and Tim O'Donovan worked for Volkswagen Group UK for more than three decades between them. While there, Josie delivered a breadth of marketing activity from TV campaigns to email marketing, while Tim was responsible for Volkswagen product and pricing and also led the Marketing communications team for SEAT. Building on that expertise, they now deliver transformational marketing to scaling businesses across the UK.

Josie has a wealth of knowledge across the full marketing discipline, but is particularly motivated by performance marketing (making smart, data-led decisions to deliver brilliant results through the marketing funnel) and CRM (using email marketing to drive sales conversions and loyalty).
With vast experience across international brands, including Volkswagen & SEAT, Josie brings an inquisitive mind, collaborative spirit and a logical approach to her work. Josie takes the lead on much of Piper's Marketing and Loyalty activity.
Tim has broad experience across multiple disciplines (sales, planning, product marketing and communications), gained through 15 years in the automotive industry, across a range of brands, from start-up challenger brands to established premium marques.
With an analytical approach, Tim is passionate about understanding the true drivers of business profitability and identifying opportunities to grow. Tim leads on our Product & Pricing work.
